About Us

Who are we?

Handled Facility Services was founded by Trey and Tia Eller to give businesses a better option for facility management — one built on responsiveness, accountability, and strong relationships.


We understand that most companies don’t need more vendors to manage. They need one reliable partner who can coordinate the moving pieces, communicate clearly, and make sure things actually get handled.


Trey Eller brings years of experience across commercial HVAC, refrigeration, estimating, project management, sales, and executive leadership. Starting in the field as an installer and technician, he worked his way into executive leadership at a local HVAC & refrigeration company, helping grow the operation on to over $10 million in revenue while expanding market share and developing scalable operational systems.


He was also one of the youngest individuals in North Carolina to obtain a Commercial Refrigeration License and serves as a qualifier for multiple North Carolina trade licenses. His background gives Handled a practical understanding of both the technical and operational side of facility management — helping clients avoid unnecessary costs, improve response times, and keep vendors accountable.


Tia Eller brings more than a decade of experience in customer service, client care, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll. Her ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and solve problems quickly helps ensure clients always know what’s happening and can trust that details are being handled properly.


Handled Facility Services is proudly family-owned and women-owned. As a husband-and-wife team, Trey and Tia built the company around the kind of service they believe businesses should expect: direct communication, fast follow-through, and relationships that actually matter.


Unlike large corporate providers where clients often feel like just another account number, Handled focuses on providing a more personal experience while still delivering the systems, vendor coordination, and operational support needed to manage facilities at a high level.


We like to describe it as a small-company relationship with national-level reach.


Our goal is simple: help businesses reduce operational headaches, keep vendors organized and accountable, and save time by giving clients one dependable point of contact for their facility needs.
